It has a pronounced granulation effect, precipitating as dark particles with a green tint. Around these rather large particles, a light halo of cool light grey colour is formed, which adds up to an overall beautiful complex texture on the surface of the paper. Due to noticeable active granulation it gives very beautiful effects in mixtures with almost all transparent watercolour. Thanks to its pastel softness and granulating effect, this colour is indispensable in painting landscapes, greenery of flower bouquets, still life backgrounds or abstract fills.
